Frequently Asked Questions
How do I create my first quote?
From the home screen, tap the '+' button or 'Create Quote'. Fill in the client details, add items with descriptions and prices, and tap 'Save'. You can then send it via email directly from the app.
Can I customize the PDF template?
Yes! Quotly offers 6 professional PDF templates. When creating or editing a quote, you can select your preferred template. You can also add your company logo in Profile > Company Details.
How do I know if a client viewed my quote?
Quotly tracks when clients view your quotes. You'll see a 'Viewed' status on the quote card, and you'll receive a notification. The quote details page shows the exact view time and count.
Is there a limit on how many quotes I can create?
Free users can create up to 5 quotes per day. This resets at midnight in your local timezone.
How do I export my data?
Go to Profile > Data & Privacy > Export My Data. You'll receive a JSON file containing all your quotes, clients, and account information.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile > Data & Privacy > Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data including quotes, clients, and personal information. This action cannot be undone.
What currencies are supported?
Quotly supports 24 currencies including USD, EUR, GBP, CHF, and more. You can set your default currency in Profile > Preferences.
Can I use Quotly offline?
Quotly requires an internet connection to sync your data. However, thanks to Firebase's offline capabilities, you can view previously loaded quotes even when temporarily offline.
